Diana Sims - Treatment and Reception Team LeaderDiana has been a life time resident of Powhatan, Virginia where she grew up helping her father care for and train beagles for field trial competitions. She attended VCU and graduated with a bachelor's in Chemistry in 1997. Her love of animals led her to working in the veterinary field where she has enjoyed spending her time for the last 23 years, joining the Swift Creek team in 2016. When not at work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and her menagerie of cats and dogs. |

Theresa Stanfield - Licensed Veterinary TechnicianTheresa Stanfield, LVT, received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology and anthropology from the University of Miami. She went on to graduate from Blue Ridge Community College in 2017 earning an AAS in Veterinary Technology. In addition to being licensed in Virginia, she also holds a certificate in Veterinary Forensics. Theresa has over 20 years working in animal care and veterinary services and joined the Swift Creek Team in April 2018. Theresa’s passion for caring for animals, both large and small, has gained her experiences in both domestic and exotic animals. In her spare time, Theresa enjoys being outside, traveling, reading and watching sports. |
