Need Food or Medication Refills? Send Us A Picture Via Our New Vet2Pet Mobile Rewards App!
We're very excited that our new Vet2Pet Mobile Rewards App allows our valued clients to send us food and medication refills with just a few clicks on their phone or other mobile device!
Step 1: Download our app from the app store or play store by searching on "SCAH1986".
Step 2: Choose your log in and password and when prompted for your e-mail address, enter the one you've given us for other communications. If you have questions, just e-mail Front Desk at Swift Creek Animal Hospital and we'll confirm that information for you.
Step 3: Watch for an e-mail containing a verification link and click on that link.
Step 4: When you need a refill, just click on "Order Food or Prescription," add the information and snap a photo of the food packaging or medication container.
Step 5: Click on "Place Order" and we'll receive your request.
